Is Laughter Really The Best Medicine?

Everyone in this world wants to be happy, healthy and having a good laugh. And we have observed people doing laughing Yoga to have benefits to their health. 

But I am going to pour my views about laughter being a medicine for us. Well it surely is, but on the other hand as I connect laughter with emotions and when our brains finds something funny and decides to laugh. That's when we laugh a useful and beneficial for our health laughter. Laughter without reason like you are just supposed to laugh when it's a part of your Yoga routine or Haasya Yoga which also includes eye contact with participants and playfulness among them. I mean I look for a reason or situation and also people like my friends to literally laugh I can't do it when I told by someone to laugh. 

It's simple to understand that my mind doesn't feel like laughing, I mean sure laughing has many psychological and physiological benefits it's just that I don't feel like laughing when it makes no sense, I mean if someone is going through bad times in their laugh and you tell them to laugh, well it would be better if someone gave them a reason to laugh. If someone would tell me to laugh, my first question would be, Why? I mean my mind didn't experience anything hilarious. 

Laughter is always connected with humor, jokes and modern era has a great great collection to make you making so hard those are memes and stand up comedy shows etc. giving you all kinds of humor also you relate when they talk about it, you share it to spread laughter making your bonds better due to relatable life situations. It's amazing how just a picture or  30 seconds video on social media or just a man or woman standing with a mic alone and audience going crazy in front of them, I think that's a meaningful laugh.

It's ironic how social media is able to beat laughing for no reason thing, Let reach the funny and humorous to your mind, let it make you feel like laughing genuinely. It is more fruitful when your mind participates in laughing, also it's really good to say that every time we laugh at something really humorous our mind functions and thinks about it, it works and takes meaning and sense out of it. 

Also keeping in mind that we are quarantined we have 24*7 internet, why not spread laughter, why not enjoy, why not feed your brain the humor it likes along with physical exercises. I am sure laughter is the best medicine just allow it to make you feel it and that's when it starts to benefit you.
